By accessing any page of this website and/or using the services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions without limitation or qualification.

If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please immediately discontinue your access to this website and/or use of the services.

1.    General

JASA SARJANA currently provides its customers access to a rich collection of information and materials on the products and services of NGENCO as is made available only in Malaysia.

The contents of this website are merely for informational purposes only and are subject to change at the discretion of JASA SARJANA.

2.    User Comments

2.1    This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

2.2  Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website (“The Service”).

2.3   JASA SARJANA does not filter, edit, publish or review any Comments prior to their presence on the website. The Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of JASA SARJANA, its agents and/or affiliates. The Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, JASA SARJANA shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

2.4   JASA SARJANA reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

(iii)  The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libellous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy

(iv)  The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.

(v)   You hereby grant JASA SARJANA a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.

3.1    The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

(ii)   Search engines;

(iii)  News organizations;

3.6  If you are one of the organizations listed in paragraph 3.3 above and are interested in linking to our website, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to the contact address available on the contact page or through the contact form. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Website, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link. Please allow 2-3 weeks for a response.

3.7   Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Website as follows:

(i)    By use of our corporate name; or

3.8  No use of JASA SARJANA AND NGENCO’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all the links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

5.    Removal of links from our website

5.1  If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider any requests to remove any offensive links but we are not obligated to do so or to respond to you directly.

5.2 We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct; we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

11.2 You may close your account at anytime.

11.3 You may not evade an investigation by closing your Account. If you close your Account while we are conducting an investigation, You will remain liable for all obligations related to your Account even after the Account is closed.

We do not charge you any fees for the Service.

You acknowledge that JASA SARJANA will receive certain of your private and confidential Information in connection with your use of the Service.  However, JASA SARJANA undertakes that it will not rent, sell or otherwise make available to any third party for any reason whatsoever any of your private and confidential information or any information that personally identifies you, your Payment Account or payments you make through the Service, other than to provide the Service or to comply with applicable laws or regulations, or court orders or unless you otherwise expressly agree.

This provision maintenance and use of the Service shall be governed by the law of Malaysia. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

If you do not agree with any such additions, deletions or amendments, you may terminate your subscription to the Service in the manner provided below. If you do not do so and continue to use the Service then you shall be deemed to have agreed to the additions, deletions or amendments.

No delays or omission by us in exercising any rights or remedies provided herein will impair such right or remedy or be construed as waiver of any such right or remedy. If we exercise any right or remedy, in whole or in part, that exercise will not prevent us from any further or future exercise of such right or remedy or any other right or remedy.
